Still nothing new about the condo.  We assume that the people who are interested in buying it are doing what they can to arrange the cash to buy.  We still don't have a contract with them so the condo is still up for sale to the first one ready with cash.

Around here the man has finished the drain around the garage with plastic pipe cementing it in place and covering it with a wire net to keep out leaves.  He also put up a little continuation from the neighbor's fence to our garage to seal off that part of the backyard from view and hide the ladder he hung on the garage.

We also realized that the dishwasher was almost useless and discovered that the spray arm holes were mostly plugged and took them off to clean them.  The man got about a half cup of trash, glass, plastic, and lime deposits out of the three arms.  We hope that will fix the problem.

The missionaries came to dinner one evening and I took their picture.  They are delightful young men of course, but Elder Erickson's appearance reminds me of Dr Who's David Tennant.  Okay, not his coloring, but his face.  A little.  It was fun to visit with them.

And then on the Fourth of July we enjoyed the Kingwood parade.  It was fun to hang out with the Barneys and see the hometown folks doing their celebrating.  It was a great show.

Jon was off getting some snacks while we were waiting for the parade to start.  Sarah brought a book so she would have something to do.

Really good turnout to see it.

Lots of horses in the parade

And in the evening we went to the fireworks show with Barneys at their prime viewing spot.  Sarah bought a light saber at the fair booths at the shopping center.

It was a lazy day and very relaxing.  After the fireworks Barneys invited us to their house for ice cream and a visit.  We enjoyed it all.

Now we are looking forward to seeing everyone this coming week(!!) at the family reunion.  YAY!!
